7th CPC Memorandum by Comptroller & Auditor General of India

These proposals, while showing the pay scale and grade pay recommended by the 6th Central Pay Commission for each individual cadre, propound a pay scale and grade pay which is deemed to be more appropriate for that cadre given its role, duties and responsibilities. Railway board has issued an order clarifying that substitutes who got temporary status prior to 01.01.2004 but regularized/absorbed after 01.01.2004 and after regularization, if the date of appointment is prior to 01.01.2004, in terms of provision of Board's letter No.E(NG)ll/90/SB/Master Circular dated 29.01.1991(M.C. Railway Board has announced 78 days PL Bonus. Rs. 8975/- to be disbursed

The railway board has issued order granting Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) equivalent to 78 [Seventy Eight] days wages without any ceiling on wages for eligibility for the financial year 2013-14 to all eligible non-gazetted Railway employees. The income tax (I-T) department has revamped its web site which brings multiple services related to the IT under same site. Fin Min issues OM on the grant of Non-Productivity Linked Bonus

The Ministry of Finance have issued the office memorandum granting the non-productivity linked bonus (Ad-hoc bonus) for the year 2012-13. The Central Government employees in Groups ‘C’ and ‘D’ and all non-gazetted employees in Group ‘B’, who are not covered by any Productivity Linked Bonus Scheme will be eligible for the ad-hoc bonus. BPMS writes to PM & Labour Min demanding removal of ceiling of Rs. 3500/- for bonus

The Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh have submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister and the Minister of Labour & Employment, demanding the removal of ceiling of Rs. 3500/- under Bonus Act. It says Central Government employees are getting the bonus @ Rs. 3500/- per mensem under the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 or Productivity Linked Bonus whereas none of them is drawing wages less than Rs. 7000/- per mensem excluding other allowances which has been causing discontentment amongst the employees.  Read the letter

Govt. moves for DA hike to 107%. Unions press for merger
