Hiking retirement age to 62 - In-principle decision taken and DoPT working towards implementation

Staffcorner had earlier quoted media reports that the Union Government is seriously considering raising the retirement age to 62 for Central Government employees. The financial express is reporting that an in-principle decision has been taken in this regard and the department of personnel and training (DoPT) has begun the work to implement the same. We can expect the announcement this year itself.....
