Odisha announces 2% Dearness Allowance hike: On Friday, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced an increase of 3% in the Dearness Allowance (DA) for Orissa state government employees and retirees. The move follows the hike of 3% DA to central government employees.
