CPAO reduces pension complaint resolution time to 45 days: The Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO) has ordered that pension-related complaints should be redressed by the respective departments within 45 days of receiving the same. Previously, the period for filing a complaint was 60 days. The time limit for resolving pension-related complaints filed by persons over the age of 80 and those who receive a family pension has been cut to 30 days.
